ADHD Services

Hi. We’re Vertis Health.

We’re Worcestershire’s local GP federation - which means we run NHS services on behalf of GPs and other providers in the local area, including ADHD Assessment and Review Services.

You may be referred to us by your GP, or you may choose to access our services via the Right to Choose pathway (coming soon).

We’re proud to offer a patient-focused, GP-led service that’s designed to help Worcestershire’s patients get the care they need, when they need it - and we look forward to welcoming you to our service soon.

ADHD Reviews

Our ADHD Annual Reviews Service is funded by NHS Herefordshire & Worcestershire, and is designed to help patients receive annual medication review on the NHS.

Following a pre-appointment questionnaire, you’ll have a telephone consultation with one of our specialist clinicians. They’ll be able to make sure your medication is still working as it should be, and ensure your medication can continue to be prescribed.

If you’re currently being treated by a private provider, this service is designed to help support your transition into Shared Care, allowing your treatment for ADHD to be provided by the NHS.

Pulse and blood pressure testing.

You’ll need to provide us with a pulse and blood pressure reading as part of your pre-assessment. You can do this in one of two ways:

  • Visit a local pharmacy: Most NHS pharmacies will test your blood pressure and pulse for free. You can check whether your local pharmacy offers this service - or find one that does - by clicking here.

  • Self-test at home: If you have a blood pressure testing machine at home, you can use this. Please test three times, and send us your average reading.

Right to Choose Assessment Service

In Autumn 2025, we’ll be launching our Right to Choose Assessment Service.

This service will be available to patients who fit all of the below criteria:

  • Are aged 18 years and over

  • Are registered with a Worcestershire GP

  • Have not already had a diagnosis as a child or adult

  • Are considered by their GP to potentially benefit from an assessment, diagnosis and treatment

  • Are not dependent on drugs, alcohol or other substances

More information on this service will be available soon - so please check back soon to find out more.
